Salary affects colleagues' relationships

1. Salary 3500: Almost no one notices you, only when gathering for team activities do they look for you.
2. Salary 5000: Office buddy, sharing milk tea and meals together, relationships are quite familiar but not deep.
3. Salary 6500: Everyone thinks you're reliable, willing to ask for your help with small matters.
4. Salary 8000: Someone invites you to eat together, thinks you're a "potential stock."
5. Salary 9500: Someone secretly compares you, your actions are watched closely.
6. Salary 10000: Someone starts quietly siding with you, hoping to "share some benefits."
7. Salary 15000: Colleagues are very polite to you, but don't chat privately, afraid of saying the wrong thing and passing it to the boss.
8. Salary 20000: You are the company's benchmark, everyone no longer curious about your salary, only curious about your background.
In the end, colleagues are just colleagues; no matter how close the relationship, there are boundaries.
Salary doesn't determine your value, but it can reveal the warmth and coldness of human feelings. Keep things subtle, see through but not say through, just be aware.
