My most memorable trade wasn't the one that made me the most money; it was the one that completely changed my perspective on investing.

I entered a position with complete confidence, convinced the market would move exactly as I predicted. Initially, everything went according to plan. But then volatility arrived, reminding me of the most important lesson in trading: Confidence without discipline is not a strategy.

This experience taught me the true value of risk management, patience, position size, and having a clear exit plan before entering any trade.

Since then, I've stopped chasing every uptrend and focused more on research, protecting my capital, and making decisions based on logic rather than emotion. Whether trading BTC, stocks, gold, futures, or other markets, I've learned that success comes from staying in the game long enough to find the right opportunities.

This trade shifted my goal from "winning on every trade" to "becoming a better investor over time."
