Mars Finance news: according to Coinglass data, if Bitcoin breaks above $64,000, the cumulative short liquidation strength on mainstream CEXs will reach 786 million. Conversely, if Bitcoin falls below $62,000, the cumulative long liquidation strength on mainstream CEXs will reach 655 million. The liquidation chart does not show the exact number of contracts pending liquidation, or the precise value of the contracts being liquidated. The bars on the liquidation chart actually indicate the importance of each liquidation cluster relative to nearby clusters—i.e., the strength. Therefore, the liquidation chart shows how much the underlying asset’s price will be affected when it reaches a certain level. A higher “liquidation bar” means that once the price reaches that point, it will trigger a stronger reaction due to liquidity waves.
