Wu Qing releases a key signal, "Liang Wengfeng and others" are coming

On June 17th, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 Lujiazui Forum, CSRC Chairman Wu Qing explicitly stated that the scope of the fifth set of standards for the STAR Market will be expanded to include the artificial intelligence large model industry.
This means that the fifth set of standards for the STAR Market, originally tailored for unprofitable biotech and pharmaceutical companies, after the first round of expansion under the "1+6" policy, is being further anchored by regulators to the AI large model track.
It is worth noting that this time, the CSRC has specifically targeted the artificial intelligence large model field with the fifth set of standards for the STAR Market.
