Zelensky hints that Ukraine-Russia negotiations may be restarted on June 19, and allows Moscow to determine the format of the talks. According to Jin10, Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said on June 19 that negotiations between Ukraine and Russia could resume, but the specific form of the negotiations is still to be determined. Zelensky emphasized that the negotiations must include a third-party partner and outlined Ukraine’s core demands, including post-war security guarantees and joining the European Union. He said Ukraine is willing to let Russia decide the format of the negotiations. Russia has not yet responded to the statement.
