BlockBeats message, June 19 — As the global AI industry’s momentum continues to rise, South Korea’s tech sector, driven by its own distinctive strengths, continues to attract cross-border inflows of capital from around the world. Against this backdrop, fund companies are, on the one hand, continuously rolling out various Korea-themed ETFs, and, on the other hand, proactively managed equity QDII funds are also gradually increasing their allocation to South Korea.

Industry insiders believe that, at present, valuations of Korean stocks are lower than those of U.S. stocks, and combined with the long-term dividends of the global AI industry, there is room for the market to recover valuations. However, in light of the recent hype surrounding Korea-themed ETF products, some fund companies have begun issuing warnings about investment risks.
