*ST Zhengping Announcement: Due to personal reasons, Chairman Tian Shisheng has resigned from his positions as a director, chairman, and other related duties of the fifth session of the board of directors. His term ends on June 15, 2026. On the same day, the company convened a board meeting and proposed the nomination permission for candidates for non-independent directors of the fifth session of the board of directors. The matter still needs to be submitted to and considered by the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders.
