I urge everyone not to undermine yourself during times of independence. Even if you have to move alone, go to the hospital alone, or pull yourself through life’s low points alone, don’t feel sorry for yourself.


Once such thoughts arise, change your mindset in time, and don’t weaken yourself mentally. Your first reaction should be, “I’m really awesome.”
The ability to solve problems independently is, in itself, something worth being proud of.
You may have moments of sadness, resentment, and complete collapse, because these emotions will eventually ease little by little with time. But you must never form a negative mindset due to a temporary surge of emotion, because that kind of negative mindset is like an invisible black hole that gradually steals our ability to feel happiness.
