BlockBeats News, June 19 — According to TechCrunch, citing an anonymous source, the startup Deductive, which uses artificial intelligence to discover and fix software vulnerabilities, has agreed to be acquired by enterprise software company Elastic, with a deal value potentially reaching $85 million.

Deductive was founded in 2023 and publicly debuted in November last year, announcing the completion of a $7.5 million seed round led by CRV, with participating investors including Databricks Ventures, Thomvest Ventures, and PrimeSet. According to PitchBook data, this funding round valued the company at $33 million. Neither Elastic nor Deductive responded to multiple requests for comment.
