It's changed again, where's the promised agreement? Can't do it again?!

On June 19, the Swiss Foreign Ministry announced that the US-Iran talks scheduled for Friday will not proceed as planned, causing a crash in the crypto market!
Bitcoin nearly broke through $62,000, while altcoins are rebounding without following the downward trend, a scene of widespread despair.
Why are Americans so unpredictable? Who in this country actually keeps their word?
According to CNN, a White House spokesperson said: "As the Vice President stated at the press conference, the plans for the upcoming technical talks are not yet finalized, and the US delegation is ready to depart at the first opportunity.
But the logistical arrangements for these negotiations are never simple or predictable. The Vice President will not depart tonight. Once we have specific updates on the next steps, we will inform everyone promptly."
Vice President Vance was scheduled to go to Switzerland today for technical talks at the formal signing ceremony of the US-Iran nuclear deal, but the trip was canceled at the last minute.
This is the second time in nearly two months that Vance has had to cancel a key diplomatic trip at the last minute due to "logistical" issues, after negotiations in Pakistan in April were also postponed just before departure.
Although Vance had high-profile claims three days ago that the US was "taking the lead" in subsequent negotiations and had announced the signing ceremony in Geneva on Friday, the current unpredictable schedule indicates that there are fundamental disagreements over the technical details and implementation of the agreement.
The White House spokesperson’s words—"logistical arrangements are never simple or predictable"—downplay the substantive political and diplomatic obstacles as mere procedural issues.
This pattern mirrors the April negotiations: high-profile announcements, last-minute changes, blaming "technical" or "logistical" issues.
It reflects the dramatic nature of the Trump administration’s diplomatic strategy and the fragile mutual trust between the US and Iran.
Whether the signing ceremony on Friday can proceed as scheduled remains uncertain.
Bitcoin continues to decline, with market capitalization overtaken by SK Hynix and Micron, dropping to 19th place in global asset rankings.
Israel strikes again, continuing to bomb multiple areas in southern Lebanon!
On June 19, according to reports from Saudi media Hadass, Turkey’s Anadolu Agency, and Iran’s Islamic Republic News Agency, multiple Middle Eastern media outlets reported that Israel again launched airstrikes on southern Lebanon in the Dweir, Harouf, and Nabaytiyeh regions, causing casualties.
