Many people take care of their health every day,
but are defeated by their inner emotions.
To never have to go to the hospital in my lifetime, I have always maintained good habits:
1. Eat grapes, never spit out the skin or seeds, just eat the whole thing.
2. Do not keep tissue paper by the bed.
