How many pitfalls are there in renting during graduation season?
Located in Shanghai, everyone come help the little junior sister choose together
Room A: Chain apartment 2680, 2nd floor facing south, water 6 yuan, electricity 1 yuan, top-tier energy efficiency facilities
Room B: Government-backed rental housing 2512, 2nd floor facing south, 1 km from the subway station, public water and electricity
No windows in the bathroom
Room C: Government-backed rental housing 2669, 15th floor facing east, 2 km from the subway station (but there is a shuttle bus 🚌), bathroom has a window (but no washbasin)
All rooms are about 30 square meters, my junior sister has looked at many options, renting whole units is too stressful for someone just graduated, renovating and sharing a rental is unsafe, so frustrating 🤕
