why does @MicroStrategy exist and why do people buy $MSTR instead of bitcoin?

so why buy $MSTR instead of just buying bitcoin?

> mstr gives them bitcoin exposure through a regulated equity
> swiss national bank holds mstr. sovereign wealth funds hold mstr
> mstr also trades at a premium to its actual bitcoin value
> meaning if bitcoin pumps mstr pumps harder
> it's leveraged bitcoin exposure without touching a wallet
the risk? if bitcoin dumps hard mstr gets destroyed faster too
