The crypto market is currently undergoing a deep bear market. Bitcoin is retracing more than 50% from its historical peak, with market funds continuing to flow out. Tightening macro policy and a leverage cascade (forced deleveraging) have become the core factors weighing on prices.

Bitcoin’s price has fallen by more than 53% from the $126,000 high, briefly dipping to $62,200 in the early hours of June 19, and it is now trading in a range of $64,000–$65,000.
Funds are continuing to flow out. Bitcoin ETFs have recorded net outflows of $4.2 billion within three weeks, and both retail and institutional investors are generally staying on the sidelines.
