Seller Liquidity SSL: The "Bait Trap" of Support Levels
Retail Behavior: Seeing the price test a certain level multiple times, mistakenly believing it to be an unbreakable "iron bottom," then blindly opening long positions on the left side and placing stop-losses (SL) tightly below the swing low.
Hunter's Perspective: Support levels are not buy points but "bait." These dense stop-loss sell orders are precisely the cheapest and most concentrated seller liquidity the market can provide when institutions want to buy on a large scale.
