Ten thousand U with tenfold leverage, a small pullback and it blows up? The problem isn't leverage, it's the position.

Last night, I received a call from a little brother in Foshan, his voice didn't sound right. He opened a tenfold long position with ten thousand U, a slight pullback and it was gone. Asked him to send a screenshot, saw that he had no stop-loss set even with full position. #沃什首秀美联储利率不变

This scene is so familiar, I’ve been there before, always thinking I could turn things around with one big move, only to blow up again and again. Later, I realized the market's cruelty isn't about leverage, it's about putting too much principal at risk. $LAB

Let's do some math: the same ten thousand U, using most of it with tenfold leverage, a tiny reverse move and it blows up. But if only a small part is used with tenfold leverage, it takes a big move to blow up. The risk gap is huge; it's never the multiple that kills you, but the position size.

Over the years, I set three strict rules and posted them on my screen. #SpaceX市值超越微软跻身全球前五
No single trade should exceed a small portion of the total funds; even with a stop-loss, you only lose a little and stay fundamentally safe.

Keep each trade's loss within a small percentage of the total funds; after a few consecutive mistakes, there's still a chance to turn around. During choppy markets, don’t add positions; when K-line charts are chaotic, doing nothing is winning. Only act when the trend becomes clear. $O

Surviving longer in this market is a thousand times more important than making quick profits. Don’t let one impulsive move ruin all your opportunities. I don’t gamble with you, I only teach you how to survive first. #Gate现货交易量增幅全球第一

Large fluctuations, and if the margin is less than 100%, it will be liquidated.
