It supports platform companies to "publish lists" and small and medium-sized enterprises to "reveal lists," guiding SMEs to deepen specialization in technical fields. It promotes platform companies to establish a growth mechanism for innovation investment, benchmark against internationally leading companies, and enhance the capacity to ensure investment in foundational, original, and disruptive technologies.
