*ST Ji You: Planning to acquire more than 50% of Hui Ju Pharmaceutical's equity

Mars Finance News: On June 18, *ST Jiyou (603429.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire more than 50% of Jiangsu Huiju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through cash payment and gain control, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. Meanwhile, the controlling shareholder Xu Shanshui intends to transfer 10.1051% of shares through an agreement to Huang Hua and Bi Weiguo, with a lock-up period of 36 months.
