Exchange Reflection Post (186 words)

After spending a long time in the exchange, I realize that price fluctuations are never a game of luck, but a contest of human nature and cognition. Many people are obsessed with the ups and downs of a short-term K-line, chasing gains and selling losses repeatedly, wasting their principal, but they overlook the underlying logic of trend analysis and position management.

The market is never short of opportunities; what’s lacking is the resolve to stay true to your original intention. Don’t be carried away by market emotions. Before entering each trade, think carefully about stop-loss and target levels. Learning to wait for the right window is far more sustainable than frequent trading. Slow is actually fast; stable compound growth is the long-term way to succeed in trading.
