My trading journey changed when I stopped focusing only on profits and started focusing on process.

In the beginning, every trade was about making quick gains. I checked charts constantly, reacted to every price movement, and allowed emotions to influence decisions.

Over time, I realized consistency matters more than occasional wins.

I began keeping a trading journal, documenting entries, exits, mistakes, and lessons learned. The results were surprising. Many losses came from emotional decisions rather than poor market conditions.

By improving my process, my results gradually improved as well.

Today, I measure success not by a single profitable trade but by whether I followed my strategy with discipline.

The market may be unpredictable, but our preparation and mindset don't have to be.
