For traders, who hasn't lost sleep over a single trade?

Contract brothers should all understand that feeling: making a wrong move, tossing and turning in bed, thinking "Why did I enter so recklessly?" "Why didn't I cut losses earlier?" "If only I had taken a smaller position." The more you think about it, the angrier you get, and the angrier you get, the harder it is to sleep.
The next day, with dark circles under your eyes and your mind still fuzzy, you rush to recover, casually opening another trade, only to lose again, sinking deeper and deeper.
I am all too familiar with this feeling.
Once, I lost so badly that I couldn’t sleep all night, got up at four in the morning to smoke and watch the candlesticks, and the more I watched, the more I felt like a fool.
The next day, I forced myself to trade with emotion, kept hitting stop-losses, and my mindset almost completely collapsed.
Later, I realized: losing money isn’t scary; what’s scary is losing money and not being able to stop.
At that time, you weren’t really reviewing your trades; you were just throwing a tantrum at yourself.
The only way out is: when you’re suffering from losses and your emotions are running high, immediately shut down and exit the market.
Don’t watch the charts, don’t think about the market, go for a walk, and go to sleep.
When you look again the next day, the sky isn’t falling.
Losses are part of trading; the money you lose on stop-losses is just tuition paid to the market.
Now, I admit when I lose a trade, I don’t get angry or tough it out.
When I’m in a stable state, I believe I have a much better chance of gradually recovering than fighting with emotions.
If you’re currently losing sleep over a single trade, listen to me:
Close the software, don’t watch, don’t overthink, and get a good night’s sleep.
The market never lacks opportunities; tomorrow, there’s still room for a comeback!!
