Deep Tide TechFlow news: On June 18, according to Forbes, as the 2026 U.S. primaries move forward, the scale of political donations from the crypto industry has risen significantly. Supported by the Fairshake network, the Democratic super PAC Protect Progress has been continuing to put money into multiple candidates in key districts, sparking controversy over “political narrative packaging.” It was disclosed that, in just the Maryland House of Representatives seat race, Protect Progress has invested more than $4.9 million in candidate Adrian Boafo, and similar funding has also gone to several Democratic candidates in Texas and Georgia.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Congress is advancing the Digital Asset Market Structure Act (CLARITY Act). Legislative progress related to the bill has further increased the importance of primary election outcomes. Analysts believe that the crypto industry’s influence within the U.S. political system continues to expand, and some senators and candidates have publicly supported a regulatory framework for the crypto industry.
