Mars Finance News: On June 17, SuanMiao Technology announced that its flagship 3D TokenPU chip A4E, designed for large model inference, was officially taped out on June 15. The product is built on a self-developed RISC-V architecture, self-developed IP, and a self-developed software ecosystem. Currently, SuanMiao Technology has established a domestically sourced supply chain system covering chip design, core IP, manufacturing, and packaging.
