Young people, don't always think about going back to your hometown to build a house.

In 2012, I built a five-and-a-half-story house with over 900 square meters in my hometown. Honestly: I deeply dislike my hometown by nature, and I didn't want to build it at all.
But during those two years, every New Year and festival, if we didn't talk about tearing down the old and building the new, my dad's expression would be unhappy.
In the end, out of respect for my father, I grit my teeth and agreed.
Young people really need to wake up; don't be emotionally manipulated by "hometown sentiment" and "filial piety."
Unproductive assets will only sediment your cash flow.
