Before the U.S. stock market opens, semiconductor stocks surged, with Intel up nearly 9%, after U.S. President Trump announced that Apple and Intel reached a partnership. Micron Technology rose over 4%, AMD increased nearly 3%, Western Digital and ARM rose nearly 5%, ASML rose nearly 3%, and Marvell Technology increased nearly 4%.
