The average price of 4289.02, now the price is 4289.79, actually hasn't lost much, it's just clickbait.

WTI crude oil's first short seller switches to short gold, playing cross-commodity linkage smoothly, but taking on risk of holding positions on both sides simultaneously isn't small.

This guy is really bold, with the average price of the GOLD short positions pushed down to 4289, and the liquidation line at 4451. He doesn't have much buffer space left.
