The backend keeps receiving the same question: Why is it that my principal is so small, yet I lose money at an alarmingly fast rate? $TAC

Honestly, I’ve answered this question dozens of times. Most friends who come to review their trades with me have only a few hundred or thousand dollars left in their accounts—they’re all confused—saying they didn’t have much capital to begin with, just wanted to take a gamble to turn things around quickly, and suddenly it’s all gone.

The truth has nothing to do with market conditions; the problem lies with you: you simply don’t have trading rules.

The smaller your principal, the more likely you are to seek quick profits.

You always think that with little money, you can’t make big gains without full position sizing or high leverage, so you go all-in with a few hundred dollars, max out leverage at dozens or hundreds of times, turning trading into a gamble where the outcome is predetermined. $AGT

But the market is never soft-hearted. A slight fluctuation can wipe out your position, leaving you no room for error or the chance for the market to move in your favor.

Look at everyone who has managed to grow from small funds—they’re not without ambition, but they prioritize rules over greed.

Use small, fixed positions for trial and error; admit mistakes when they happen, and never let losses damage your core; set strict stop-loss levels and stick to them, leaving the market when it hits the stop; if there’s no clear entry signal, stay out and don’t operate blindly, no matter how itchy your hands are.

Small capital inherently has weak risk resistance; it can’t withstand multiple drawdowns. If you rush in with a gambler’s mindset, losses will come quickly—that’s an inevitable outcome.

Stop blaming the market. The market is fair to everyone; it doesn’t owe you a chance to double your money.

First, ask yourself: Do you have clear trading rules? Are you truly executing them 100%? $ESPORTS

If you can’t even stick to basic position management and stop-loss discipline, no matter how much capital you have, you’ll end up with the same result in the end.

The first step to turning small funds around is never about calculating how many times you want to multiply your money, but about establishing three ironclad rules for yourself and strictly following them.

If you can stick to the rules, you can protect your principal; if you can protect your principal, you’ll have the qualification to talk about profits. #沃什首秀美联储利率不变 #Gate现货交易量增幅全球第一
