Based on Dow Theory, Chan Theory, Wave Theory, Volume-Price Relationship, Order Flow, and Price Action Analysis of BTC Short-term Trends (Strategy Recommendations)
$BTC Comprehensive Judgment
Dow Theory indicates that the main trend remains downward, with the short-term trend shifting from "steep rise" to "steep decline," with key levels at 65,000 (upside) and 63,500 (downside).
Chan Theory shows that the upward stroke strength is extremely fierce (+2,066 and +1,928), but the downward stroke strength is even more terrifying (-3,205). Currently, it is in a low-volatility phase after extending downward strokes, with bears fully dominating.
Wave Theory confirms that the five-wave decline is complete, and the ABC rebound Wave C has failed (+6,469 followed by a plunge to 64,038). The market is now in a new downward impulsive wave.
Volume-Price Relationship shows a massive volume drop on June 14 + even larger volume surge at the close + breakout with huge volume on June 15 + continuous massive volume declines on June 16–17, indicating bears have completely crushed bulls.
Order Flow shows POC at 65,700. The price broke below POC into a deep discount zone, with Delta MA12 in a deep negative zone.
Price Action shows "Hammer" + "Bullish Engulfing" + "Bearish Engulfing" three formations, with short-term bears fully in control. 64,000 is the key dividing line.
Short-term Strategy Recommendations:
Bullish Scenario: If the price shows decreasing volume to halt decline near 63,500–64,000 + bottom pattern + Delta turns positive, consider going long, target 65,000 → 65,500, stop loss 63,000.
Bearish Scenario: If a rebound to 65,000–65,500 shows a top pattern with increased volume and downward movement, confirming the start of a new impulsive decline, consider shorting, target 64,000 → 63,000, stop loss 66,000.
Current State: At 64,560, after Wave C failure and a sharp decline, short-term bears are fully in control. It is recommended to wait for a rebound to 65,000–65,500 to confirm resistance before considering short positions, or wait for a break below 63,500 to confirm trend continuation before chasing shorts. If 64,000 holds and a bottom pattern appears, cautious long entries can be considered.
