Core logic: quality businesses rely on a complete system to generate profits automatically, rather than depending on an individual’s ability or resources to sustain them. Truly good business models can be explained in a few words:
• Costco: Low-margin, high-volume sales, with profits mainly from membership fees;
• Google: Aggregating online information to attract traffic, monetizing through ads attached to search traffic;
• Nvidia: Profiting from AI computing power across various industries, focusing on supplying hardware tools.
Conversely, any project that requires lengthy explanations or dozens of pages of PPT to clarify profit paths likely has obscure, lengthy logic, complex supply chains prone to breaking, or is fundamentally more about conceptual packaging and marketing hype.
The same applies to the crypto sector: long-term survival does not depend on flashy narratives, marketing hype, or hot stories, but on underlying mechanisms, ecosystem barriers, and stable revenue systems. Only projects with these qualities can withstand bull and bear markets.
Currently in a bear market consolidation phase, there’s no need to be impatient or follow the trend.
