A recent study published in an international mental health journal has found that skipping breakfast and having irregular meals can increase the risk of depression among adults in Korea. The study, conducted by Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, analyzed data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2014 to 2022, involving over 21,000 participants.
