The Telangana High Court dismissed a 9-year-old petition by GVK Gautami Power Ltd seeking ₹24.28 crore from power distribution companies in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The court ruled that the plea lacked territorial jurisdiction and imposed a cost of one lakh rupees. The case dates back to an order issued in 2013 by AP Electricity Regulatory Commission.
