Can someone from customer service or someone who knows more explain? It’s been a month since I redeemed, but it still hasn’t reached the spot. This is infuriating.

Hello, we suggest you try reducing the redemption amount and perform the redemption in batches. If you still cannot complete the redemption after a long period, you can contact our online customer service (app homepage - top left avatar - pop-up page click the top right customer service icon - contact customer service - "Can't find an answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input box below - reply with "Transfer to human" and select the relevant issue) and provide screenshots of the related problems to help us further verify and assist you.
