Sleeping always comes first, then eating well, third is sticking to exercise, and work is last.


This order must never be reversed.
If you work every day at the top, squeezing out sleep, neglecting meals, being lazy about exercise, in the end, the money you earn won't even cover medical bills, and your body isn't overdrawn so you can still pay in installments for things.
Remember:
Get enough sleep, eat well, move your body, then talk about work.
If the order is right, your health won't turn against you.
