Mars Finance News, June 17 — This year, the wave of AI computing power has swept across the globe. If we compare AI large models to the most powerful brains, then optical communication is the "high-speed blood vessel" that delivers massive amounts of data to them. Over the past year, several high-speed optical communication chip products compatible with supercomputing centers have completed process verification, gradually entering mass production and delivery stages, continuously filling the domestic supply gap for high-end optical chips. As the core medium for information transmission, optical fiber is a key infrastructure connecting computing power and data. Since the beginning of this year, a company in Wujiang, Suzhou, has seen its optical fiber product sales increase by over 35% year-on-year. The rapid growth in demand for new optical fiber products from data centers has kept this company's products in constant short supply. "Orders are almost full every month. We focus on selecting major clients and planning for future capacity. Currently, our capacity is planned through the first quarter of 2027." (CCTV Finance)
