🌾“I Planted ARPA and Harvested Profit”
When I first started trading, my profits were small — just enough to keep me curious. Then one day, a coin called ARPA caught my eye. I bought some and waited patiently, like a farmer tending his field.
🌾How planting "Barley" (ARPA) in the crypto market rewired my trading strategy!
When I first started trading on exchanges, I was only catching small, modest wins. But one day, a specific token caught my eye: ARPA. I decided to take a position and patiently wait for the setup to mature.
At the time, my friends and I always talked about our portfolios, asking each other if we were turning a profit. When they asked me what I was up to, I jokingly used a metaphor from our local culture: "I’ve planted barley (Arpa) in a field, and I’m watering it every day to make it grow."
Because "Arpa" is literally the word for grain/barley in our country, my friends laughed it off. They thought I was losing my mind or giving up on crypto to become a literal farmer! They told me to stop joking around.
Meanwhile, I kept watering my position. Soon enough, the ARPA coin started to sprout. It didn't just grow; it rallied. Following my disciplined exit plan, I sold my ARPA coins right as they hit a massive +50% price increase. 🚀
When we met up again and they asked about my profits, I looked them in the eye and said: "I told you. I planted ARPA, watered it, it grew, I sold it, and I made a fantastic profit."
They were stunned. "We genuinely thought you were talking about regular barley!" they admitted.
My investment insight: Trading requires the patience of a farmer. You seed a good project, you patiently wait through the quiet days, and you harvest exactly when it reaches your target (+50% in my case). Don't let the noise or the doubts of others dig up your seeds early.
What was the trade that rewired your perception of patience? 👇
