I didn't enter the crypto world out of curiosity or excitement.
Life gently pushed me toward new decisions. That's how I ended up here — in a world where you have to learn quickly, accept risks, and grow much faster than you planned.
At first, everything felt unfamiliar and chaotic. Many emotions, very little understanding, and the belief that I would “figure it out myself along the way.”
Sometimes, it really worked. There was a moment when my profits nearly 5x — and I started thinking that I was finally beginning to understand the market.
But the market quickly showed its other side.
I still remember my first serious dip. Not just the numbers on the screen — but the feeling of seeing your confidence fall along with the chart.
Liquidation became the hardest lesson, but also the most honest.
There were many times I wanted to quit.
And one I remember clearly.
After another losing trade, I messaged someone who had been in the crypto world for a long time:
— “I think I’m not cut out for this. It’s just luck or big money here. No stability.”
He answered very simply:
— “You don’t find stability here. You build it. And usually — through losses.”
I didn’t fully understand it at the time.
Now I get it.
My mistake is common among beginners:
— no clear system;
— emotional entries;
— trying to “recover losses”;
— ignoring risk management;
— overconfidence in one scenario.
The hardest part isn’t the loss itself.
But my internal state afterward.
Over time, various thoughts began to form.
And now I often remember phrases that serve as anchors for me:
📉 “Losses are not failures. They are the price of data.”
🧠 “You don’t need to beat the market. You need to understand it.”
⛔ “Your first protection isn’t profit — it’s risk control.”
📊 “One solid strategy is more valuable than a hundred emotional trades.”
I’ve met people who walk the same path.
Those who have lost everything and started over, but didn’t give up. And over time, they became the calmest and most confident traders in the market.
Now I no longer rush.
I’ve learned:
— to enter with a clear mind;
— to exit without emotion;
— to accept losses calmly;
— never to take more risk than makes sense.
Crypto is no longer just a market for me.
It’s a process. It’s an experience. It’s a path that changes you from within.
And despite all the mistakes — I don’t stop.
I keep learning.
And I am grateful to Gate for this journey, for the opportunity to grow and become stronger in real market conditions.
