This is a very strange situation: in just two weeks, several air crashes have occurred worldwide. In Missouri, USA, a B-52 aircraft suffered an accident and crashed immediately after takeoff, resulting in 8 deaths. In Assam, India, a military transport aircraft crashed, killing 5 Air Force personnel, and in Pakistan, a training aircraft accident led to the deaths of 2 pilots. Today, Russia also reported the crash of a strategic bomber during a training flight in Siberia; however, the crew successfully ejected and survived. These incidents have resulted in more than 15 deaths and attracted international attention, as several accidents happened within just two weeks.

Currently, there is no scientific evidence that a global decrease in atmospheric pressure causes air crashes or that such a problem exists. Aviation is still considered the safest mode of transportation. Every day, over 100,000 flights carry millions of passengers from one place to another around the world, and the vast majority reach their destinations without incident. Modern airplanes are equipped with backup systems. Nevertheless, even with this, the four crashes that occurred within a few days go beyond understanding.
