Chinese cryptocurrency exchanges may not all be located in the United States, but despite that, every exchange owner is afraid of the U.S.’ long-arm jurisdiction and wants to pay money to protect themselves—tens of billions, even over a hundred billion.


The Chinese government should also exercise long-arm jurisdiction over them. Southeast Asia and the Middle East fully have the ability to step in and, at the very least, fine them with half of their wealth.
