Channel 12 has leaked the US–Iran deal.

1-Iran will not proliferate nuclear weapons.
2-Israel will cease hostilities in Lebanon.
3-US and Iran will resolve the issues surrounding disposing the Iranian enriched uranium.
4-US and Iran to discuss enrichment issue and Iran civilian nuclear needs
6- US to lift naval blockade and not implement new sanctions or more forces to near Iran.
7-Iran to ensure the Strait of Hormuz is open with no tolls for 60 days.
8-US to release frozen Iranian assets if memorandum implemented.
9-If final agreement reached US to withdraw forces and remove sanctions on Iran.
10-Final agreement will include a plan to implement a 300 billion fund for Iran's reconstruction.
11-US to allow Iran to sell oil during 60 day period and remove oil sanctions.
