As I grew into a trader, one of the biggest changes was when I started focusing on improving the “expected value” rather than getting obsessed with profits and losses.


This shift in mindset has an extremely significant impact.
You must judge yourself based on the quality of your own decisions and whether your trading process is correct, not based on how much money you make in the short term.
Because even a great trade can still lose money in the short run, and a bad trade can still make money in a short period of time.
