I've been playing with cryptocurrencies for about two years, and every time I either make a small profit or suffer a big loss. When prices go up, I can't hold back; when I lose, I don't want to cut my losses. Many times, even when the direction is right, I just can't hold on. Due to various reasons, when prices rise, I get scared and fearful, causing me to get off the train at the foot of the mountain, then look for a short position, turning profits into losses. I've experienced this many times, so why can't I suppress my fear?
There's always a voice in my mind telling me that the direction is correct when I'm afraid, but I can never do it. Every time I see a loss, I don't want to cut my losses; I always prefer to go against the trend, chasing gains and selling on dips. Every time I suffer a loss, I think, "If I sell, it will drop," fearing that after stopping out, it will start rising again.
I'm not of poor mentality, nor am I impatient; I just lack my own trading rules and discipline. My understanding of profit and loss is inverted, caught in a vicious cycle. Human nature's inherent bias towards gains and losses has led me to fail to unify knowledge and action, and I haven't done serious review and reflection. #许愿迟
