After interacting with thousands of crypto friends, I found that most people trading cryptocurrencies are not actually doing it to make money.

I realize something quite heartbreaking — most people watching live broadcasts in public squares are not doing it to make money.
The people who ask me questions, they keep coming back to just two issues. One is: what to buy now, how to operate? The other is: what should I do with this position I hold?
It sounds like technical issues or market issues, but I later understood that they are all psychological issues.
I give some points, suggest where to set stop-losses, but they may not follow through; I tell them to reduce their position, not to go all-in, they nod while listening, but then they stick to their own methods.
The ones who should cut are holding on; the ones who should leave are reluctant.
Actually, they already have the answer in their hearts, but asking me is just to find someone to confirm it.
Those heavily trapped in positions want to hear “You can hold on, it will rebound”; those who are out of the market want to hear “Don’t chase, wait a bit more.”
Ultimately, what they want is not judgment, but psychological comfort.
And what we, as hosts and KOLs, are actually providing is this.
I don’t think there’s anything shameful about it.
After all, in this market, having someone lend a hand or say a word when you’re panicking is actually #我的Gate交易时刻 quite rare.
