Lately, I’ve been really annoyed by mainnet gas fees, even for small transactions I have to take a deep breath first… But Layer 2 isn’t万能 either; it saves costs, but I always feel uneasy when bridging back and forth, especially when the market is moving fast and I’m scrambling. Now I’ve found a compromise: for daily small transactions and trying out new protocols, I use L2; only keep “sleeping” positions and key authorizations on the mainnet, and keep a low profile. By the way, the past couple of days, the funding rates have been extremely volatile, and in the group, people are arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble. I actually dare not cross back and forth frequently anymore; no matter how smooth the experience, I can’t withstand the emotional swings. It’s better to survive first.
