During rush hour in the elevator, there was no signal. I just stared at the large transfers on the chain and the minting and burning of stablecoins, which was actually more peaceful than scrolling through groups. Recently, the group has been sharing screenshots of "someone is de-pegging," and the more they share, the more real it seems. The emotions are contagious, like a run on the bank. Honestly, everyone isn't calculating accounts; they're just afraid they aren't running fast enough. I also don't understand the details of regulations, reserve audits, and so on, but transparency or lack thereof at least reduces guesswork. As for why I get itchy hands? It's because when I see others start to panic, I subconsciously want to move some funds out first, even though I know rationally it might just be rumors... Anyway, leaving some room to breathe helps me sleep better.
