Lately, there's been a bit of information overload, with a bunch of screenshots in the group chat + KOLs calling for collaboration as if it's about to thunder, but in the end, those who impulsively place orders still have to pay the price themselves. To put it simply, news only makes you itch to act, while your position is what keeps you awake at night... I now trust small shifts in funding rates, open interest, and sentiment more; when things are quiet, that's when you should pay closer attention. New L1/L2 projects are also pushing incentives to boost TVL, and I can understand old users complaining about "mining, selling," but I also get it—liveliness doesn't equal health, and often it's just using volatility as an excuse to craft a narrative.

When I was a beginner, I misunderstood "everyone is talking about it = basically stable." Now I understand: the more people urge you to make a decision, the more you should take your hand off the buy button for two minutes.
