Today I reviewed a DAO proposal, which on the surface is about "optimizing the treasury/incentives," but it actually seems more like a reshuffling of power: who can access ongoing budgets, who can define KPIs, who has the authority to change parameters. Honestly, voting isn't about "right or wrong," but about "who will have the final say in the future." When I look at proposals now, I first check two things: where the money flows (one-time or long-term), and how permissions are granted (multi-signature, revocable, time lock). Recently, there’s been a bunch of AI Agents/auto-trading accounts shouting "fully automated on-chain interactions," the narrative sounds impressive, but the security details are often glossed over... For someone like me, who’s glued to the screen with a stiff neck, I’d rather read a couple more pages about permission details than chase after a few slogans.
