Airdrop season is here, and that set of “points + scoring” on task platforms is getting more and more like performance reviews—basically making you check in according to KPIs. Anti-witchcraft measures are, of course, necessary, but now many rules are calling for going script-free while pushing real people into semi-scripted routines: daily check-ins, chain swaps, interactions, leaving comments—miss one and you get deducted… Even watching MEV battle reports over tea feels exhausting. What’s even funnier is that, when it all gets optimized to the end, people aren’t researching the product anymore—they’re researching how to make their behavior look “more human.” My own approach is pretty simple: only use protocols I genuinely know how to use, keep the interaction frequency natural, and don’t force actions just to harvest for rewards; the rest is whatever—if you miss it, you miss it, and don’t turn “farming rewards” into a second job.
