I can't hold onto spot positions, and my futures get liquidated—basically, I just refuse to give up and keep arguing. Later, I set a simple rule for myself about position management: don't use "that money you can't sleep over" to gamble on "it'll bounce back soon." If I really want to go all in, that's fine, but first keep the positions that can survive, and treat the rest as buying a ticket—lose it, admit it, and don't keep adding more out of greed.

Recently, funding rates are extremely volatile again, and in the group, people are arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble. My choice is still to wait: wait for confirmation, wait for a pullback, wait until I think clearly... Anyway, the market doesn't lack opportunities; what’s missing is someone like me, itching to act but not pressing the button recklessly. That’s all for today—if I can resist adding to my positions, I count that as a win.
