Last night I couldn’t sleep again, so I casually checked some large on-chain transfers; the cold, hard numbers are clearer than the voice messages in the group chat. Overload of information, to put it simply, isn’t about “having signal,” but about being pushed to react: when group messages explode, KOLs shout, and your finger just clicks to buy, then afterward you lose money and look for someone to blame.

Now I’m more inclined to think: the only person impulsively buying is myself… but the group and KOLs really steal away the “hesitation time.” Especially recently, with privacy coins, mixing coins, and regulatory boundaries causing chaos—some people are dead set on “freedom,” others only focus on “risks”—the more they argue, the easier it is to get emotional. Anyway, I don’t dare to place orders amid the shouting.

First, turn off notifications, and wait until I can explain in one sentence why I bought. We’ll talk next time.
