Stopping loss is really like a breakup... dragging it out without admitting it, still watching the charts every day for reasons, the longer it drags, the more painful it gets, and the fees/funding rates also slowly eat away. It's better to admit the loss early, cut the position smaller, and relax, then I can sleep at night.

Recently, there are also a bunch of people using ETF capital flows and U.S. stock risk appetite to forcefully explain the rise and fall of the crypto market, honestly, hearing too much makes it easier to get carried away. I am now just adjusting my goal downward: earning less is okay, just want to survive a bit longer, wait until the emotional fluctuations caused by network congestion and rising fees pass. That's it for now.
